Your Role

• Building deep, trusting relationships with the children, guiding them through emotional regulation and encouraging positive personal growth.
• Developing and implementing individualised care plans alongside your team, addressing each child's unique needs and strengths.
• Supporting children with daily tasks, from household chores to schoolwork, helping them build life skills and confidence for their future independence.
• Collaborating closely with colleagues, families and external agencies to ensure holistic, well-rounded care for each child.
• Celebrating every small achievement - whether it's a new skill learned or a breakthrough in trust - making each step of progress feel significant.
